Four years of qualifying experience within the construction industry followed by a two day 19-hour comprehensive examination encompassing, Business Planning and Organization, Licensing, Financial Management, Risk Management, Labor & Employment Laws and Regulations, Workers Compensation, Safety, OSHA, Construction Industry Regulations, Construction & Contracts Liability, Construction Lien Law and Project Management. Galvano is licensed to construct without limitations buildings within the state of Florida and reciprocating states.
Galvano has earned the Florida State Certified Roofing Contractors license. This license includes years of qualified experience in Roofing Systems and Construction Details, Code Requirements, Construction Sequencing, Fire, Wind and Impact Resistance,
Re-roofing, Waterproofing and Damproofing, Moisture Control, Steep Slope Roofing, Low Slope Roofing, Architectural Sheet Metal and Metal Roofing, Tile, Slate & Shingle Roofing, Roof Membranes, Polymer-Modified Bitumen, Thermoset, & Thermoplastic Roofing, Hurricane Codes, Wind Loads, Rooftop traffic and Worker Safety.
Rich Galvano is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. To earn a Florida Real Estate Brokers license the candidate must first become a Licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Agent by successfully passing a 72-hour state certified real estate class followed by the successful completion of a comprehensive exam issued jointly by the Florida Real Estate and Exchange Commission and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The sales agent must then work under a qualified broker for two more years, attend an additional 45-hours of continuing education then sit for a 72-hour broker class followed by a successful test score qualifying the License to sit of the state issued Florida Real Estate Broker Examination. The Licensee must successfully pass this comprehensive examination including real estate laws and practices. The broker must then successfully pass two more consecutive 30-hour courses.
Rich Galvano is a graduate of Edison College in Fort Myers Florida where he studied Business Management. Rich still holds his Membership in the Professional Golfers Association of America that he earned early on in his career.
